this is the pic taken on indian roads by driving 4 girls on a single bike with out any helmet , licence , RC.
the traffic police men not even stoped and taken a pic of number plate... because they are girls and they excused....
if rule is making in india it should be for every one not exceptional for any police men or a girl ,women.
